Luverne 2" Tubular Grille Guard
The Luverne 2" Tubular Grille Guard is the brand's core truck guard — a vehicle-specific ring assembly contoured to fit your truck's exact headlight and bumper profile. The center section features Luverne's signature logo reveal: horizontal tubes are shaped to frame your truck's factory badge rather than covering it, adding extra grille protection while keeping the factory emblem visible. Double-stacked side brush guards contour to the front corners of the truck for full headlight coverage. Frame-mounted uprights are shielded with extruded rubber covers to protect the finish, with polished stainless steel backing for long-term corrosion resistance. No-drill installation on most applications, compatible with factory tow hooks. Available in textured black powder coat or bright chrome-plated finish. Ring assembly and upright package are included but shipped separately — note this when ordering. Built in the USA from high-strength steel.
Luverne Prowler Max Grille Guard
The Prowler Max is Luverne's heavy-duty upgrade for trucks that need more than a standard tubular guard. Key differentiators from the 2" Tubular: one-piece welded construction (all tubes, uprights, and brush guards welded together for maximum structural integrity and vibration resistance), a punched steel screen center section that adds a layer of debris protection in front of the grille while maintaining airflow, and a built-in 4" wide bottom step with diamond-plate non-skid treads — useful for accessing the engine bay or reaching materials loaded on a headache rack or ladder rack on a tall truck. Double-stacked side brush guards with 3/8" wires for headlight protection. Frame-mounted uprights bolt directly to the truck's frame using high-strength steel brackets. No-drill installation on most applications. Available in polished stainless steel or E-coat and black powder coat. Note: brackets are included but shipped separately.
Luverne SolidShield Van Grille Guard
The SolidShield is Luverne's commercial van grille guard — a different product category from the truck guards above, purpose-built for cargo van fleet applications. Available for the Ford Transit, RAM ProMaster, and Mercedes Sprinter. The SolidShield uses a 4-point frame mounting system — a step up from the 2-point mounting common on many van guards — for significantly greater rigidity and impact resistance. One-piece 2" tubular steel ring assembly. No-drill installation. Universal auxiliary light mounts included for adding work lighting. Finished in E-coat and semi-gloss black powder coat for corrosion resistance in fleet environments. Note: may interfere with front parking sensors on equipped vehicles — confirm sensor compatibility for your specific van year and configuration before ordering.

Chrome-plated (2" Tubular only) — bright, high-gloss finish for trucks where appearance is a priority. Chrome requires more maintenance to keep looking clean in road salt and mud environments.
Textured black powder coat (2" Tubular and Prowler Max) — the most popular choice for work trucks. Durable, low-maintenance, resistant to chips and corrosion. Pairs well with most truck colors and has a clean professional look that doesn't show grime as readily as chrome.
Polished stainless steel (Prowler Max) — premium bright finish with inherently superior corrosion resistance compared to chrome-plated steel. The right choice for trucks operating in high-salt or coastal environments where long-term finish durability matters.
