Cargo Van Ramps
Upfit Supply sells cargo van ramps from major brands like Link Ramps and National Fleet Products. Adding a van loading ramp to your cargo van will help improve efficiency while also allowing you to easily load and unload heavy equipment.
Choose from side door ramps, rear door ramps, and/or swivel/rotational ramps. All of the van ramps offered by Upfit Supply easily fold in half and store securely in the doorway of the van. Installation is also simplified with vehicle-specific mounting instructions and/or brackets and hardware.
Why Add A Van Ramp?
Portable cargo van loading ramps allow you to easily load and unload heavy cargo into your van. Tired of the back-breaking effort required to load or unload heavy equipment into your van? A van ramp may be the solution to your problem. Almost anything on wheels (or with the help of a dolly) can be easily loaded into your cargo van.
Common Types of Van Ramp
- Swivel Van Ramps
- Bifold Van Ramps
- Trifold Van Ramps
- Side Door Ramps
- Rear Door Ramps
Swivel Ramps
Cargo van swivel or rotational ramps allow you to rotate your ramp 90- or even 180-degrees, giving you even more flexibility with your van. Adding a swivel ramp to your van allows you to rotate the ramp outward (or inward) to get full, convenient access to the rear of your cargo van, for those times when you don’t need use of the ramp.
Latching mechanisms built into the ramp mounting plate, locks the ramp in place when in a rotated position and can be quickly released to return the ramp back to its normal position.
Bifold Van Ramps
Bifold loading ramps fold in half and allow you to maximize the available roof height in your van to allow the longest possible ramp. The longer the ramp, the less incline - which means the easier it is to load equipment. Most cargo van ramps (including swivel ramps) are offered in the bifold configuration.
Trifold Van Ramps
When you need even more length in your ramp - with less available roof height - a trifold ramp is an option. Trifold ramps have three pieces and allow an even greater length ramp to be stored in your van. This allows you to have a ramp up to 10-feet long in your cargo van, for the easiest loading angle. However, trifold ramps are often heavier and harder to deploy - because of their length and because of a lack of spring-assisted options. You also will lose some weight capacity in the ramp due to its length and design.
Spring Assisted Ramps
To make deploying and stowing of cargo van ramps even easier, Link and National Fleet also offer many ramps with a spring assist option. This drastically reduces the amount of force required to lift the ramp back into the stowed position.
Van Ramps By Vehicle
Many cargo van ramps are universal and can fit several different vans. However, roof and door opening height becomes an important factor when selecting a ramp. We’ve simplified the process of finding a van ramp by using the Filter By Vehicle function above or by using one of the links below.
