A pure sine wave inverter produces AC power that is virtually identical to utility grid power — smooth, clean, and stable. This is what sensitive electronics require. Use a pure sine wave inverter if you're powering any of the following:

- Battery chargers for lithium-ion tool batteries

Does a van inverter need to be hard-wired to the battery?
