What is the weight of this product in steel vs aluminum
Aluminum is 55 lbs. Steel is 98 lbs.

What are the inside dimensions of the rack? And what is the weight capacity for the aluminum version compared to the steel version?
The dimensions of the rack are 103 x 52 x 8 in. The weight capacity of the rack is limited by the roof weight capacity of the van. The rack can safely handle loads up to the maximum roof capacity of the van, less the weight of the rack.

What length vehicle? I have connect longer version. It has lift gate, will this clear or pop glass?
This will work on both short and long wheelbase 2014+ Transit Connect. There is adjustment on where the mounting feet attach to the cargo rack which will allow you to shift the rack forward and ensure the rear door will have clearance between the rack and the window.

Pictures showed brushed aluminum, I received black scratched paint. I had professionally installed and some of the barrel nut in ends of rack free spun and had to pinch with pliers to tighten- more scratches, if it was a glossy rugged paint I would have liked even more, but my rough hands scratch it- not the eye pop I was expecting for 2k installed.
