Link LB20 Bi-Fold Cargo Van Ramp

Link Manufacturing has developed a broad array of deployable mounted aluminum ramp solutions engineered for commercial vans and box trucks. Link's lightweight, low-profile mounted aluminum ramps vertically mount just inside a vehicle's rear doors (also works on side door for RAM ProMaster models). Each mounted ramp is made from high-strength aluminum and engineered for simple installation and ease of use.

All Link mounted ramps are fast, easy and convenient to deploy and stow and with a built-in spring assist feature (not available on 30×72 & 30×81 configurations). Opening and closing the ramp requires only 50 pounds of force and the ramps can be unfolded and folded back into their vertical, low-profile storage position in less than 10 seconds. By stowing vertically inside the van's cargo hold, the ramp is not exposed to the weather or road debris and takes up roughly 7.5 inches of depth.

The LB20 Series ramp is a high-strength aluminum, surface-mount ramp that installs easily into any vehicle with a flat surface. The unique design stores vertically and can be positioned for use in seconds. It increases efficiency while reducing dangerous lifting and equipment damage. The LB20 Series weighs between 96 to 162 pounds and has a weight capacity of 1,500 pounds (1,000 pounds for 126″ length option).

Easy Baseplate Installation

The LB20 mounts easily on a flat surface and covers only 11 inches of floor space. The baseplate requires 4 bolts in the floor to install for use.

Reduce Lifting with Spring Assist

The pull-style gas-spring-assist lifting mechanism makes the ramp easy to deploy and stow. (Not available on 30×72 & 30×81 configurations)

Quick Unloading & Loading

The LB20 is easy to release and deploy with quick-release latches and sturdy hinge points.

Dead Space Storage

The LB20 ramp folds in half and stores vertically in the dead space of the vehicle. The bi-fold ramp collapses to roughly 7.5 inches in depth.

Included Wheel Kit

The wheel kit helps deploy and stow the ramp smoothly on uneven surfaces.
