Description
DuraTherm Ceiling Liners protect your ceiling and have many other benefits. A ceiling liner helps with sound deadening and plays a critical role in temperature control. The ceiling liner also provides a clean finished look that will make any mobile workplace more professional.
The liners are made of dual polypropylene outer skins laminated to a central fluted plastic core. The outer skin in backed with a foam and foil insulation resulting a 0.4-inch thick liner with an R value of 4-6 (with insulation).
The noise-deadening material and temperature control make for a quiet and comfortable environment. The lightweight, precision-cut and pre-drilled material, with included mounting hardware, provides quick and easy mounting of the liners.
DuraTherm Ceiling Liners also include a set of aluminum side sills that create a beautiful transition from wall to ceiling.
Why Use Cargo Van Liners?
Prevent Damage
In the daily use of your cargo van, there are many objects that can cause damage inside (and outside) the vehicle. Loose cargo and using your van as a mobile work site can result in accidental damage to the interior walls/doors. A recent customer told Legend that he put two nasty dents into the side of his vehicle within the first week of owning his brand new van. These dents cause the paint to crack and flake off on the exterior of the vehicle and can eventually lead to rusting.
Reduce Road Noise
Cargo vans’ thin outer steel panels are getting thinner by the year, and do very little in the way of reducing road noise. With the noise of the tires on the road, the creaking of the traveling vehicle, and sound of rocks or other debris flying up and hitting the vehicle, it can be quite irritating for the driver.
Control Temperatures
The temperature in a cargo van is often hard to keep stable. With only bare metal panels, it’s nearly impossible to hold the temperature steady. This means it’s too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. This can lead to problems with your cargo such as freezing or melting.

Will the light that is in my ceiling be a problem with the install of the ceiling panels? Or panel?
The ceiling panel is scored on the back so that you can cut out a section for the factory light, if wanted. You can also easily cut out sections of the panel if you want to use other aftermarket lighting light the motion sensor lights Legend offers.

The celling liner that I received said it was for a 136 inch insulated high roof and that’s what my vehicle needed but I might of got a missed box one because the one I got looked like the low roof one in the instructions. It was missing several cut outs along the side. So I had to try cut it out myself.

A lot of cutting for LED lights. Cut each panel individual panels to be able to handle. The plastic connector strip attaching the two panels must be for un insulated could not get it on. Cut it up and customized for all panels. I ordered the corner ceiling sills – if you don’t have them the sides don’t stay up. AGAIN – a link to a video would solve a lot. Directions are worthless.
