What is the difference between the option "Full Lower Step" yes or no? Does it cover the plastic step in the slider door with a layer of steel that wraps up into the trim piece?
When selecting the "Full Lower Step" option, the steel sill will cover the full side step as shown in this photo: https://upfitsupply.com/wp-content/uploads/Yellow-Side-Sill-scaled.jpg When selecting "No," it will not cover this step.

Why wouldn’t this fit a 148” wheel base ford transit 350hd ext awd 2022? Or will it?
This will fit the Transit-350HD. I also verified it will fit the 2022 model year.

These are excellent. They finish off the van nicely. I used them with a heavy duty rubber mat. They would also work really well with a custom plywood floor on a cargo van.

The product itself had a few issues. For one, the slider door sill plate was warped slightly – meaning it did not sit flat on the transom – I had to bang at it with a mallet a bit to get it to flatten out – even then – it did not sit flat so I had to drill and countersink 3 holes to set the rear flange flat. I would expect better. The rear sill plate fit great – but there was a **GAPING** hole in it for the spare tire lift. A plug should have been included for this – its an odd size – so I had to buy one on Amazon. For the price paid the manufacturer should have included a $2 plug – the hole is unsightly and it would easily allow small tools and debris to get under the sill plate. Overall though – once the bugs were worked out a HUGE improvement over the OEM Ford plastic junk !!
