Developed in 2012, the UFO+ has been Meroni's flagship slamlock for many years, protecting thousands of light commercial vehicles around the world.
The UFO+ is a user-friendly slamlock, thanks to its automatic locking system and practical reversible flat key.
The lock's stylish design, ease of installation and high quality construction make it the perfect choice for small, medium and large fleets. The UFO+ is the an ideal choice for last-mile delivery vehicles making frequent stops on a daily basis and also need to protect the vehicle load from opportunistic theft.
UFO+ is the perfect and practical security slam-lock. Because it is fixed to the bodywork, it cannot be removed like a pad lock or puck lock, and remains integrated with the door and closes automatically. No risk to forget it open.
The ultra-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel body can be installed on any van model on the market, fitting on both the side sliding door and rear hinged doors.
UFO+ is equipped with an emergency cable: if the driver remains closed in the load compartment, the security cable - connected to the lock latch - enables the door to be unlocked from inside.
The practicality and security of the flat reversible key and the master key systems option, represent the main factors of the success and adoption of UFO+ by the largest van fleets.
