Vantech H3 Ladder Rack System for Ford Econoline

Description

The Vantech H3 rack system uses heavy duty A286 cross bars. The maximum load capacity is 250 lbs. per cross bar (evenly distributed). Cross bars are 3” X 1.5” extruded aluminum. Cross bars have built-in channels for additional accessories. The mounting bases are made from 6061 aluminum. The thickness is 3mm thick and the base is 8” wide for better support and grip. The H3 system has a clearance of 11” from the drip rails to top of side support. Two 3/4” Eyehooks are located on each mount and one 3/4” eyehook is located on each side support. The optional accessories incude Ladder Stoppers, Hook & Loop Strap and Side Supports. The Ladder Stoppers prevent the ladder from rattling. The hook & loop Strap can easily strap a ladder down with a capacity of 75 lbs. The A03 Side Supports prevent material from sliding off the side of the vehicle. The side supports are made from 14 gauge steel. It is also galvanized then dipped in rubber for additional protection. The Vantech H3 System is a clamp-on system requires no drilling for installation. The system clamps onto the existing drip/gutter rails.
