The H3 aluminum rack system does not require drilling for installation with a maximum load capacity of 250 lbs. per cross bar. The system is secured to factory mounting points on the Transit Cargo Van. Cross bars are 3” X 1.5” extruded aluminum. Cross bars have built-in channels for additional accessories. The mounting bases are made from 6061 aluminum. The thickness is 3mm thick and the base is 8” wide for better support and grip. The H3 system has a clearance of 11” from the drip rails to top of side support. Two 3/4” Eyehooks are located on each mount and one 3/4” eyehook is located on each side support. The optional accessories include Ladder Stoppers, Hook & Loop Stap(s) and Side Support. The Ladder Stoppers prevent the ladder from rattling. The hook & loop Strap can easily strap a ladder down with a capacity of 75 lbs. The A03 Side Supports prevent material from sliding off the side of the vehicle. The side supports are made from 14 gauge steel. It is also galvanized then dipped in rubber for additional protection. (bungees or other accessories required to secure equipment or materials to rack)

The cross bars are 3″ x 1.5″ heavy duty reinforced extruded aluminum. Cross bars have built-in channels for additional accessories. The mounting bases are aluminum at 3mm thick and 8″ wide for better support and grip. 2X 3/4″ Eyehooks are located on each mount. Total Height from bast to top of cross bar is 5.25″.
