How much flex is in these bars? I'd like to adapt these to the roof of my Subaru outback to eliminate the stock roof rack assembly and mount into the roof rail grooves which are 34MM wide and 72" long. There is a bit of curvature to the roof front to back, is there a bit of flex in these rails? Thanks in advance.
These will flex slightly and should be fine. They are designed to fit most vehicles which have curvature in the roof.

What exactly comes with your rails ? 1 picture shows a black bracket that slides into rails are they included?
This includes two 72" roof tracks with mounting hardware, rubber gaskets, and black end caps. The photos showing mounting feet brackets or other accessories are just to show how accessories can be attached to the tracks and are not included with this kit.

Hi I'm looking to add these rails to my 170 extended sprinter and it looks like I will need to join two of them together do you sell anything to join the two rails?

Yes, the tracks are made of aluminum. They include a gasket that runs underneath the full length of the tracks as well as plastic end caps.
