FiberPly (0.5-in and 1.0-in)

FiberPly is a PET/polyester copolymer staple and bicomponent fiber insulation built for thermal and acoustic control without the itch and mess of fiberglass. It is odorless, chemical and allergen free, mildew and bacteria resistant, and fully recyclable. Every sheet ships with a low-VOC acrylic, solvent-free adhesive backing under a glassine paper release liner, rated for a -40F to 250F bond range. The 0.5-in thickness carries an R2 value and the 1.0-in thickness carries an R4 value, so you can dial in insulation performance without adding bulk where you do not need it.

DiamondPly (1.0-in)

DiamondPly starts with the same proven non-woven polyester fiber core used in FiberPly, then adds a durable polypropylene spun protective layer with a diamond-pattern surface. The result is a tough interior liner that resists punctures, wear, and tearing while still delivering FiberPly's thermal and acoustic performance. Because it can be installed directly to vehicle walls and ceilings, it eliminates the need for traditional interior paneling while still allowing visibility and access to the wall and ceiling structure behind it. Like FiberPly, it uses a low-VOC acrylic adhesive backing with a glassine release liner and stays flexible enough to conform to vehicle contours.

Manufacturer specifications state that Autoply FiberPly and DiamondPly materials meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 302 (FMVSS 302) and Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS) for flammability, and that the material is manufactured in the USA and Buy America compliant.
