The Buyers Products 6 in. PVC Conduit Carrier Kit mounts to a truck or van ladder rack and lets you build a conduit tube to any length. Just add a length of standard 6 in. PVC pipe (not included). The kit supplies the end caps, saddles, U-bolts, and hardware you need.
Features
- Builds a conduit carrier of any length using 6 in. PVC pipe (pipe not included)
- Mounts to truck or van ladder rack cross rails with two saddles and U-bolts
- Rear access cover with spring-loaded latch pin
- Door gasket helps seal the rear cover
- Stainless steel pins and washers, with zinc-plated mounting nuts and lock washers
- Limited 1-year warranty
What's Included
- Front cap and rear cover with 6 in. rear cover mount ring
- Door gasket, cover latch pin, compression spring, and polymer flanged bushing
- (2) 6 in. saddles and (2) 6-5/8 in. x 9-3/4 in. round U-bolts
- Mounting hardware kit (lock washers and 3/8-16 hex nuts)
Installation Notes
- Requires a 3/8 in. drill and bit, a tape measure, and silicone sealant
- Caps are secured to the PVC pipe with 8 fasteners of your choice (pop rivets or nuts and bolts, not included)
- Mounting requires two 3/8 in. holes on 7 in. centers in each ladder rack cross rail
