The online ordering process was fast and straightforward, and the product arrived within a few days, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, everything after that became a struggle. Once I realized the shelving parts were incorrect, I attempted to call after normal business hours and quickly learned no calls were accepted past about 5:30pm. I tried again the next business day, and it was still difficult to get anyone on the phone. I was later told the team is short-staffed, which I understand, but customer calls still need to be answered.

When I did reach someone, they were polite and responsive. A request for verification photos was sent a few days later, and by the time I resubmitted everything, a full week had passed since the original delivery. The replacement parts eventually arrived, but they were still the wrong size and wrong type. At that point, it was simply easier to modify them myself to finish the job.

Overall, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the customer service experience. The initial ordering was easy, but the follow-through fell short, and resolving a simple issue took far more time and effort than it should have.

Wish these came in a deeper option. 13” is a bit shallow. That being said, they are built really well and the wood shelves with the padding are very sturdy. Easy to put together but hardware for installation is lacking. Ended up fabricating brackets for my 2025 Mercedes sprinter. They look great and hopefully they hold up for years to come.
