About Luverne

Their Grip Step running boards are the most widely used van running board in the commercial fleet market — a 7" wide extruded aluminum platform with a non-slip grip surface, available in driver-side-only or full passenger-side sets. The Grip Step XL is the heavy-duty version: 9.5" wide steel construction for vans that see heavier daily entry and exit use. For rear loading access, the Grip Step rear bumper step mounts below the rear doors and gives drivers a secure step surface for reaching into the cargo area without climbing the bumper.

On the truck side, Luverne's 2" Tubular Grille Guard and Prowler Max are vehicle-specific front-end protection systems built from high-strength USA steel, frame-mounted for maximum rigidity, and finished in chrome, black powder coat, or polished stainless. The Prowler Max adds a punched steel screen center section and a built-in 4" diamond-plate bottom step — useful for accessing the engine bay or reaching equipment on a headache rack on tall HD trucks.
