DuraTherm Insulated Liners help protect your cargo van while suppressing noise and controlling temperature. The liners are made of dual polypropylene outer skins laminated to a central fluted plastic core. The outer skin in backed with a foam and foil insulation resulting a 0.4-inch thick liner with an R value of 4.5.
The door liners protect the sheet metal or the glass in the window cavities from moving objects inside the van that could cause potential damage, such as dents or broken windows.
The ceiling liners protect your ceiling and have many other benefits. A ceiling liner helps with sound deadening and plays a critical role in temperature control. The ceiling liner also provides a clean finished look that will make any mobile workplace more professional.
The noise-deadening material and temperature control make for a quiet and comfortable environment. The lightweight, precision-cut and pre-drilled material, with included mounting hardware, provides quick and easy mounting of the liners.
Why Use Cargo Van Liners?
Prevent Damage
In the daily use of your cargo van, there are many objects that can cause damage inside (and outside) the vehicle. Loose cargo and using your van as a mobile work site can result in accidental damage to the interior walls/doors. A recent customer told Legend that he put two nasty dents into the side of his vehicle within the first week of owning his brand new van. These dents cause the paint to crack and flake off on the exterior of the vehicle and can eventually lead to rusting.
Reduce Road Noise
Cargo vans’ thin outer steel panels are getting thinner by the year, and do very little in the way of reducing road noise. With the noise of the tires on the road, the creaking of the traveling vehicle, and sound of rocks or other debris flying up and hitting the vehicle, it can be quite irritating for the driver.
Control Temperatures
The temperature in a cargo van is often hard to keep stable. With only bare metal panels, it’s nearly impossible to hold the temperature steady. This means it’s too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. This can lead to problems with your cargo such as freezing or melting.

The parts that fit, fit well. However not all of them do. Back window liners don’t fit. There’s a contour to the inside of the back doors that make this piece virtually impossible to attach. Incorrect amount/ sizes of mounting hardware.

Some pieces don’t fit great, unfinished rough corrugated edges are unattractive, back door panels are only if you don’t have windows, metal screws did not come with decorative covers, all metal trims are very sharp and floor pieces don’t fit correctly at the back and… it all came in unnecessarily giant boxes yet the ceiling panel was folded in half creating a unattractive white crease, when the box was big enough for not folding.

I purchased and installed these liners in my Transit Connect in the spring of 2023. Do you keep no record of who has purchased these liners from you? I am continually seeing your ads online. They are aimed at me, I know, as no one else I know gets the ads. I ALREADY PURCHASED THE LINERS! It makes no sense for you to spend advertising dollars to attract me and others like me. Find some NEW customers!
