Protect your Ford Transit EXT cargo van's factory floor while creating a durable foundation for work, storage, cargo management, and vehicle upfits with a Kore KoskiCrown phenolic-coated birch van floor.

Manufactured from high-quality 12mm premium Baltic birch plywood with a KoskiCrown phenolic resin surface, this vehicle-specific floor system is designed for Ford Transit EXT 148-in wheelbase rear-wheel-drive cargo vans equipped with a right-side sliding door. The heavy-duty construction helps preserve the factory cargo floor by protecting against dents, scratches, moisture, and damage caused by tools, equipment, freight, and everyday cargo movement.

Unlike an exposed factory metal floor or a lightweight rubber mat, Kore KoskiCrown van floors create a stable, durable work surface capable of supporting shelving systems, storage solutions, equipment installations, wheel arch covers, wall liners, cargo management products, and other professional upfit components. The commercial-grade plywood construction is engineered to withstand demanding work environments while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

More than just floor protection, this floor can also serve as the foundation for advanced cargo management solutions. When combined with optional aluminum airline track systems, lashing straps, cargo nets, and other securement accessories, it becomes an integral part of a cargo restraint system designed to help keep tools, equipment, materials, motorcycles, and recreational gear safely secured during transport.

The durable phenolic resin surface coating with a hexagonal pattern overlay provides a slip-resistant, easy-to-clean cargo area surface that stands up to demanding commercial and recreational use. The floor system is designed to accommodate compatible wheel arch cover installations and integrate with other interior protection products, creating a cohesive and professional cargo area solution.

Each floor kit is precision-cut for the Ford Transit EXT platform, simplifying installation while delivering a professional finished appearance. Standard aluminum edge strips help protect exposed floor edges while enhancing durability in high-traffic areas. Installation hardware is included for a complete installation package.

Whether you're outfitting a contractor van, service vehicle, delivery fleet, utility vehicle, van life build, moto van, camper conversion, or custom commercial upfit, this Kore floor system provides the durability, protection, and versatility needed to get the most from your Ford Transit EXT.
