The Vantech H1 Aluminum System can hold up up to 250 lbs. on each cross bar. Each mounting base is made from 4mm thick 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. The Cross bar is protected by rubber bar guard on top. The aluminum mounting upright is approx. 1/8″ thick at the base. The Mounting uprights have an 8″ extra wide footprint. The height of the mounting upright stands at 16.5″ total height. The Triangular base plate is welded complete onto upright post for complete seal. There are 4X 3/4″ eyehook on each upright mounts. No drilling required for installation. This system comes with drip rail clamps to install onto the vehicle’s drip rails. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge steel 2″ X 8″ dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and prevent water from entering system. The accessories included are 2X non-slip rubber bar guard to protect the top surface of cross bars from wear and tear. 1X (2-bar) or 2X (3-bar) ladder stopper (5″ tall) to prevent ladder from sliding forward, Ladder stoppers are galvanized then rubber dipped. 1X (2-bar) or 2X (3-bar) ladder guide (5.5″ tall) for easy bungee and tie-down. Ladder guide & Ladder stoppers are galvanized then rubber dipped. Easy turn knob allows quick adjustments and removal or adjustment of ladder stopper and ladder guide. 1X hook & loop strap to secure ladders up to 75 lbs. quickly.

This system comes with drip rail clamps to install onto the vehicle’s drip rails. The drip rail clamps are made from 2″ X 8″ 11 gauge steel. They are dipped in rubber top and bottom to prevent metal on metal wear. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and prevent water from entering system.
