This insulation kit protects our balloons from heat and hot surfaces here in Arizona. It also provides a great deal of sound deadening. Cool and quiet is something we all enjoy while driving.

We got the full van insulation kit for our high roof Promaster. There were pros and cons to installing the panels, but overall it was a pretty good process
Pros:
Having the panels pre-cut to custom fit the panels in our van was really nice. Not having to measure and cut each panel individually saved hours of our time.
Since the panels have adhesive, we did not have to figure out the best way to attach it to the wall, so that was also nice. The adhesive also seems like it is very sturdy and stuck on there, but when we needed to pull it up and adjust what we had just stuck down, we were able to do so.
Cons:
There are no instructions. I would have loved to have a diagram or a list of what the labels on each panel meant. We figured it out... eventually.
There were also 2 panels that were labeled the same thing. We had an idea of where everything went including those 2 because it was the only logical place for them to go. But they were about 10" too long. We ended up having to cut them ourselves. We aren't sure if we were just sent the wrong panels by accident.
The backing on the panels that covers the adhesive is very thin and low quality. When you peel it off, instead of pulling off in one strip, it rips, so we spent a lot of time picking small pieces of backing off of the adhesive and then picking those small pieces up off of the van floor.
Again. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and we're able to get everything out of the box and installed in about an hour and a half. We haven't tested the actual insulating abilities yet, but we drove around and the sounds (echoes, rattling, etc) have been dampened.
I was a bit disappointed with the amount of cons for the amount of money we paid for this product. My hope is that the manufacturers will make adjustments to improve the backing and lack of instructions/diagrams to really make this product worth the price.

Started with a smaller portion of insulation (ceiling plus), just finished out the rest of the van yesterday. Super easy to install, shipping was so quick. Customer service was stellar as well for my special request of inquiring if I could purchase the lower portions.

The kit was the wrong one only 6 pieces were cut to fit. The east I had to modify. They were not packaged
